Terms & Conditions

e-Space commits ourselves to offering our customers a value added service and quality products. Please read our terms and conditions below for information on what we support and what we cannot support with regards to our offerings.

  1. Printing
    1. A design fee for any print job will be applicable unless artwork is provided by the client in CorelDraw v13.0 in curves format.
    2. Turnaround times on print jobs are estimated and may be influenced by factors outside our control. We do not accept responsibility for delays in turnaround times.
    3. e-Space does not hold itself responsible for loss of quality in print jobs, unless the final printed product does not match the signed proof.
    4. No print jobs will be run if a printed proof has not been signed off by both the client, as well as e-Space.
    5. No credits will be issued on print jobs.
    6. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on any print job with a value of R1,000.00 or more.
    7. Payment on all print jobs is Cash on Delivery.
  2. Web Development
    1. e-Space will not in any way be responsible for, or guarantee Search Engine Ranking.
    2. Unless otherwise stated, we will make use of templates that we have developed in-house for any website.
    3. We reserve the right to maintain ownership of any websites developed until such time that payment arrears are up to date.
    4. No designing or development will take place until all content has been received. Content must be submitted to content@e-space.co.za
    5. We do not support outdated browsers (including Internet Exporer v6.x)
    6. The client has a maximum period of 14 days from date of acceptance of quote to provide us with content for the proposed website.
    7. A maximum of 2 revisions, updates or changes to a website (single page up to 10 pages) after the first preview will be allowed. Additional changes will be billed for accordingly.
    8. A period of 7 days will be allocated for revisions, updates or changes to a website (single page up to 10 pages).
    9. For websites larger than 10 pages, section 2.8 is applicable including an additional 24 hours per page. i.e. If the website consists of 11 pages, the time allocated for changes will be 8 days.
  3. Website, E-Mail and Domain Hosting
    1. A domain registration fee of R 200.00 for .co.za domain names will be payable and will be renewed annually at R 200.00. The invoice will be for the account of the respective domain owner.
    2. All Top Level Domains, including .com, .net, .biz, .info etc. will be billed according the the US Dollar exchange rate at the time of registration and according to the pricing of the selected domain. The pricing of TLD's will be based on pricing offered by the selected registrar.
    3. No refunds on domain registration will be issued.
    4. e-Space reserves the right to deny domain transfer requests if an outstanding amount on the registration, and/or hosting exists.
    5. Domain ownership will be transferred to you once payment has been received and there is no outstanding amounts associated to the domain registration.
    6. Domain ownership updates can be performed from within your KonsoleH Control Panel.
    7. Domain propogation can take anything from 20 minutes up to 48 hours to complete. This means that your domain may only be accessible 48 hours after registration. You will be able to access your control panel at any time within propogation.
    8. Although it is in our best interest to offer uninterrupted hosting, we cannot guarantee uptime on hosting services.
    9. e-Space does not hold itself responsible for access to the hosting servers or services. Any interruption in Internet Access should be directed to your Internet Service Provider responsible for provision of Internet Access related services, such as Dial-Up, ADSL, 3G or Wireless. e-Space does not offer or support Internet Access Services.
